Resort definition

Resort means the complete and entire Burswood Island Resort (including the Resort Complex) referred to in the Development Proposals, to be constructed and developed on the Site and the Resort Site pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement;

More Definitions of Resort

Resort means all the buildings, installations, structures, facilities, machinery, equipment, tools, furniture, fixture and fittings, cutlery and crockery and linen forming part of or are directly associated with the operation and management of the Resort.
