More Definitions of Resolute

Resolute means Resolute Management Services Limited (formerly known as Equitas Management Services Limited).

Resolute in this instance means the Group excluding any amounts received or receivable in remuneration from Valhalla Uranium Ltd (“Valhalla”), an 83.3% owned listed subsidiary of Resolute Mining Limited incorporated on 23 September 2005 and subsequently disposed of on 11 September 2006.

Resolute means Resolute Investments, Ltd., a Bermudian exempt company, which on the date of this Indenture is wholly owned by Kattegat.

Resolute shall have the meaning provided in the Administrative Services Agreement.

Resolute means Tungsten 2024 LLC and each other purchaser under the Specified Transaction Agreements, provided such purchaser is not a Sanctioned Person and each of the Administrative Agent and each Lender shall be entitled to receive all documentation and other information reasonably requested by it in writing that it reasonably determines is required by United States or foreign bank regulatory authorities under applicable “know your customer” and anti-money laundering rules and regulations, including the Patriot Act, with respect to such purchaser.

Resolute shall have the meaning provided in the preamble of this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, references herein to “Resolute” shall also be deemed to be references to AbitibiBowater.
