In partial consideration of the benefits provided to you by the Company under this Letter Agreement and as a condition precedent to your receipt thereof, to which you are not otherwise entitled, until the Resignation Date you agree to continue to perform your duties and responsibilities as Senior Vice President – Chief Investment Officer as set forth above.
