Resignation Date definition

Resignation Date means, in respect of a Participant, the earliest date on which both of the following conditions are met:

Resignation Date means the date specified in the Resignation Notice, or the actual date the Executive terminates employment with the Company as the result of a resignation as provided in whichever occurs earlier.

Resignation Date has the meaning set out in Clause 9.4.

• A copy of the resignations of the existing directors and officers of Purchaser, to be effective as of the Resignation Date.

Resignation Date shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 8.05.
