Residential Solid Waste definition

Residential Solid Waste means household waste, residential refuse, or solid waste generated in a residence.
Residential Solid Waste means the wastes generated by the normal activi- ties of households, including, but not limited to, food wastes, rubbish, ashes, and bulky wastes.
Residential Solid Waste means any and all rejected, abandoned or discarded matter, including vegetable or animal food, floor sweepings, crockery, glass or metal ware, having contained food, ashes, grass, hedge clippings, or other garden refuse or rubbish.

More Definitions of Residential Solid Waste

Residential Solid Waste means solid waste generated or originating from any building, home, structure, or premise which is used or intended for use as a dwelling or place of residence of one or more natural persons and shall include seasonal dwellings.
Residential Solid Waste means solid waste generated in single-family or multi-family dwellings.
Residential Solid Waste means all types of Solid Waste, placed for collection by residential service recipients (i.e., Solid Waste generated or accumulated at Residential Premises and Multi-Family Premises).

Residential Solid Waste means type 10 waste, as defined at N.J.A.C. 7:26-2.13(g), generated in the day to day activities of a residence and includes animal and vegetable waste resulting from the handling, processing, preparing, cooking and consuming of food, and includes household liquids.
