Resident Owner definition

Resident Owner means an individual domiciled in the City who has an ownership interest in a pass-through entity.
Resident Owner means any person who has entered into a Lease of Band Land for the purpose of purchasing or constructing a Housing Unit thereon.

Resident Owner means an individual domiciled in the Village who has an interest in an association, pass-through entity or unincorporated business entity.
