Holders of Securities who fail to provide a duly completed Residency Declaration and who are not otherwise determined to be Qualified Canadians by the Trustee will be deemed not to be Qualified Canadians and will receive Variable Voting Shares.
Each Holder of Securities who is a Qualified Canadian is entitled to receive Voting Shares upon the delivery to the Trustee of a duly completed Residency Declaration to the effect that such Holder is a Qualified Canadian.
