Residency Declaration definition

Residency Declaration means (i) a declaration by a person attesting that such person is not a resident of the United States and (ii) any indemnity required by the Company or the transfer agent in respect of such declaration in favour of the Company from the person providing the declaration, in each case in form approved by the Company from time to time.
Residency Declaration has the meaning ascribed to such term in paragraph 5.3(e);
Residency Declaration means a declaration in the form attached hereto as Exhibit F.

Examples of Residency Declaration in a sentence

  • Holders of Securities who fail to provide a duly completed Residency Declaration and who are not otherwise determined to be Qualified Canadians by the Trustee will be deemed not to be Qualified Canadians and will receive Variable Voting Shares.
