Reset definition

Reset means the removal of student responses from the web-based testing application for a given testing event for which the student may retest.
Reset means Reset Compliance Systems Ltd that is used by the Registered Verifiers and organisations to verify competence, qualifications and accreditations of a Reset Member Company or Reset Individual Cardholder. “Terms and Conditions” means these Terms and Conditions. They may be amended without prior notification (see section 11).
Reset means, before a Remarketing, the adjustment of the interest rate with respect to a Series of Bonds that have not been remarketed to a Reset Rate for a Reset Period.

Examples of Reset in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything herein or in the Note to the contrary, in the event that the Reset Interest Rate is in excess of [17]%, the Borrower shall not be obligated to pay any payments of interest in excess of [17]% and any interest amounts payable in excess of [17]% shall be the sole responsibility of the Guarantor (the “Guarantor Interest Payment Portion”).

  • The Floating Rate of Interest on the Notes during the Floating Rate Period will be reset quarterly (each such period, a “Floating Rate Interest Reset Period”) on the Floating Rate Interest Reset Dates specified on the face hereof.

  • If any Floating Rate Interest Reset Date would otherwise be a day that is not a Business Day, such Floating Rate Interest Reset Date will be postponed to the next succeeding Business Day except that in the case such Floating Rate Business Day falls in the next succeeding calendar month, such Floating Rate Interest Reset Date will be the immediately preceding Business Day.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the aggregate Exercise Price of this Warrant following any reduction in the Exercise Price of this Warrant and corresponding increase in Warrant Shares on any Reset Date shall be equal to the aggregate Exercise Price of this Warrant as determined as of the Closing Date, subject only to reductions in the aggregate number of Warrant Shares as a result of exercises of this Warrant by the Holder.

  • Notes may be a Fixed Rate Note, a Reset Note, a Floating Rate Note, a Zero Coupon Note or a combination of any of the foregoing, depending upon the Interest Basis shown in the relevant Final Terms.
