Reservation Rate definition

Reservation Rate means one cent ($0.01) per MMBtu.
Reservation Rate means one and three-fourths cents ($0.0175) per MMBtu.

Examples of Reservation Rate in a sentence

  • Deliveries to any other secondary delivery point(s) will be at the Recourse Reservation Rate.

  • Shipper shall have secondary receipt point access for delivery to any delivery point at the Recourse Reservation Rate.

  • This fee is equal to the product of 1112th of the annual Capacity Reservation times the Capacity Reservation Rate in effect during that month.

Reservation Rate means as such term is defined in Section 2.3.
