Examples of Reservation in a sentence
We may cancel and terminate this Agreement before the end of the Term in the event that the Credit Start Date does not occur within nine months of the date of this Agreement, provided that we refund to you your Reservation Deposit as provided in the section “Refundable Reservation Deposit,” or as provided in the section “Unforeseen Problems; Our Optional Termination”.
If we terminate this Agreement before the Credit Start Date or before the entirety of the Reservation Deposit has been applied to amounts due to us from you or the Project Owner, we will refund to you the amount of the unapplied Reservation Deposit, if any, and will have no further obligations or liabilities to you.
Invoices that are 30 days past due may be subject to penalties pursuant to the agreed upon payment terms outlined in the Reservation Documents.
The following sections will survive non-renewal or termination of this Agreement for any reason: IP Rights, Payment Terms, Compliance, Limitation of Liability, Warranty, Entity and Dispute Resolution, Notices, Reservation of Rights, Survival, in addition to any other provisions that, by their content, are intended to survive the performance, non-renewal or termination of the Agreement (whether or not so expressly stated).
If approved, discounts will be applied to a rental reservation when a deposit and ALL Reservation Documents have been received.
