Research Target definition

Research Target means each of the following [***].
Research Target has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1. [***] Certain information in this document has been omitted from this exhibit because it is both (i) not material and (ii) would be competitively harmful if publicly disclosed.
Research Target means a gene product – usually, a protein – that may be modulated by another molecule, such as an antisense drug. Modulation of a Research Target may be accomplished in a variety of ways including, without limitation, the modulation of the synthesis, function or degradation of a Research Target, or the expression of the corresponding gene.

  • Each of these Targets will remain a Research Target unless and until it becomes a Discontinued Target in accordance with the Transaction Agreements.

  • Following the Amendment Effective Date AstraZeneca does not have any rights to nominate (or re-nominate) any other Target as a Research Target.

Research Target means a Target proposed by Licensee and confirmed as available by the Third Party Reviewer for which Licensee may request a Commercial License as provided in Section 2.2

Research Target means any drug target which is the focus of a Research Program pursuant to this Agreement.
Research Target means a Target that has been designated by Licensee as a Research Target (according to the procedure in Section 3.1) and for which the fees set forth in Section 4.2 have been received by IIPH. Research Targets are listed in Exhibit A attached hereto.
Research Target has the meaning set forth in the Original Agreement.
