The Lessee shall be entitled to receive and retain for its own account all Requisition Proceeds payable for any such period by such Governmental Entity as compensation for such requisition or taking of possession; provided that such payments shall be paid to the Depositary Bank, deposited into the Loss Proceeds Account and applied in accordance with the terms of the Depositary Agreement.
