Requisition Certificate definition

Requisition Certificate means a certificate in the form of attached Exhibit E delivered pursuant to Section 5.1 hereof.

Requisition Certificate shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 3.02(a) of the Agency Agreement.

PREMISES The Issuer is empowered under the Act to assist any person, firm or corporation in the financing of certain projects and facilities, through the issuance of its limited obligation revenue bonds.
