Required Premium definition

Required Premium means 125%.
Required Premium. If applicable, unless otherwise specified in the related Series Supplement, with respect to the Certificates of any Series or any Class thereof, an amount equal to the product, as determined on any Distribution Date with respect to such Series or Class, of (i) the Required Principal for such Series or Class and (ii) the Call Premium Percentage for such Series or Class.

Examples of Required Premium in a sentence

  • No transfer may be made if the policy is in a Grace Period and the Required Premium has not been paid.

  • Accordingly, any Required Premium due under this Section 6(b) is intended by the parties to be, and shall be deemed, a reasonable estimate of such Holder’s actual loss of its investment opportunity and not as a penalty.

  • If the policy is within the No-Lapse Guarantee Period, the Required Premium for No-Lapse Guarantee will increase.

  • No insurance under this policy will take effect until we approve issuance of this policy and the conditions specified in the application form have been satisfied, including our receipt of the Initial Required Premium shown in Section 1.
