No transfer may be made if the policy is in a Grace Period and the Required Premium has not been paid.
Accordingly, any Required Premium due under this Section 6(b) is intended by the parties to be, and shall be deemed, a reasonable estimate of such Holder’s actual loss of its investment opportunity and not as a penalty.
If the policy is within the No-Lapse Guarantee Period, the Required Premium for No-Lapse Guarantee will increase.
The policy will be amended or endorsed to reflect the adjustment and its effect upon policy benefits, Required Premium for the No-Lapse Guarantee, Face Amount Charges, Surrender Charges and/or Cost of Insurance rates, if applicable, and any other applicable charges.
