Required Interest definition

Required Interest shall have the meaning specified in the Standard Terms.
Required Interest. Unless otherwise specified in the related Series Supplement, with respect to the Outstanding Certificates of any Series or any Class thereof, the accrued and undistributed interest on the Stated Amount or Notional Amount of such Outstanding Certificates computed at the applicable Pass Through Rate.
Required Interest means one or more Limited Partners having among them more than 50% of the Percentage Interests of all Limited Partners in their capacities as such.

Examples of Required Interest in a sentence

  • At each meeting of the Members, the Members may, but shall not be required to, elect a chairman for that particular meeting by the vote of a Required Interest represented at the meeting.

  • In addition to those transactions, agreements, contracts, and undertakings specifically set forth in this Agreement, the Board may cause the Company to enter into transactions, agreements, contracts and undertakings with any Director, any Member, or any of their respective Affiliates, so long as such transactions, agreements, contracts or undertakings are (a) approved by a Required Interest as set forth in Section 7.2(b) and disclosed in advance to the other Members and (b) are on arm’s length terms.

  • Except as otherwise stated below, Members constituting a Required Interest, represented in person or by proxy, shall be necessary to constitute a quorum at meetings of the Members.


More Definitions of Required Interest

Required Interest means a majority of the outstanding Common Units.
Required Interest means one or more Class B Limited Partners having among them more than 50% of the Class B Percentage Interests of all Limited Partners in its or their capacities as such.
Required Interest means one or more Members having among them more than 51% of the Sharing Ratios of all Members.
Required Interest means 5% of the outstanding Common Stock entitled to vote in the Election, based upon the number of outstanding shares of Common Stock most recently disclosed prior to the Advance Notice Date by the Corporation in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Required Interest has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(a).
Required Interest means the vote or consent of greater than fifty percent (>50%) of the Membership Interests entitled to vote.
Required Interest means the Members holding the applicable Units required to authorize or approve the relevant act of the Company, including Majority Interest or Supermajority Interest.
