Required Interest definition

Required Interest shall have the meaning specified in the Standard Terms.
Required Interest. Unless otherwise specified in the related Series Supplement, with respect to the Outstanding Certificates of any Series or any Class thereof, the accrued and undistributed interest on the Certificate Principal Balance or Notional Amount of such Outstanding Certificates computed at the applicable Pass Through Rate.

  • The Partnership may merge or consolidate with or into another business entity, or enter into an agreement to do so, with the consent of the General Partner and a Required Interest.

More Definitions of Required Interest
