Examples of Required Currency in a sentence
If the amount of the Required Currency that could be so purchased is less than the amount of the Required Currency originally due to such Holder or the Trustee, the Issuers, Company or such other Guarantor, as the case may be, shall indemnify and save harmless such Holder or the Trustee, as applicable from and against all loss or damage arising out of or as a result of such deficiency.
For the purposes of determining the amount in a currency other than the Required Currency, such amount shall be determined using the relevant currency exchange rate then in effect.
If that Required Currency amount is less than the Required Currency amount expressed to be due to the recipient or the Trustee, Collateral Agent or Paying Agent under the Notes, the Issuer and each Guarantor will indemnify such recipient and/or the Trustee, Collateral Agent or Paying Agent against any loss sustained by it as a result.
