Required Currency definition

Required Currency has the meaning specified in Section 1.16.
Required Currency shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11.12.

Examples of Required Currency in a sentence

  • If the amount of the Required Currency that could be so purchased is less than the amount of the Required Currency originally due to such Holder or the Trustee, the Issuers, Company or such other Guarantor, as the case may be, shall indemnify and save harmless such Holder or the Trustee, as applicable from and against all loss or damage arising out of or as a result of such deficiency.

  • For the purposes of determining the amount in a currency other than the Required Currency, such amount shall be determined using the relevant currency exchange rate then in effect.
