Required Change definition

Required Change shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.2.
Required Change has the meaning set forth in Section 7.4.
Required Change shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2 of this Agreement.

Examples of Required Change in a sentence

  • Registry Operator agrees that, following its receipt of a Change Notice, the Required Change related thereto will be immediately effective and binding on ICANN and Registry Operator, and shall be incorporated by reference into the Registry Agreement without any action of the parties.

  • If requested by ICANN, Registry Operator shall execute an amendment to the Registry Agreement to reflect any Required Change.

  • ICANN agrees that when it determines to make a Required Change, ICANN will provide Registry Operator written notice of such Required Change, which notice shall specify the terms of the Required Change (a “Change Notice”).

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Developer shall not be responsible for any Material Change not approved by Developer pursuant to a Change Order (other than a Required Change).

  • Any analytical improvements shall be considered Discretionary Changes unless requested or required by Regulatory Authorities in which case such improvements shall be considered a Required Change.


More Definitions of Required Change

Required Change shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(c).

Required Change means a Change that is required as a result of a change in Applicable Law, suspension of Work by Company, non-performance by Company (including the non-performance of the Company-Procured Equipment to the extent such non-performance is attributable to Company, the supplier under the applicable Company-Procured Equipment Purchase Agreement, or a force majeure event under the applicable Company-Procured Equipment Purchase Agreement), Force Majeure, failure of Company to issue the Full Notice to Proceed by March 1, 2011 as required under Section 2.1(a), or any other change identified in the Contract as a Required Change.

Required Change means any specification or manufacturing process change that is required by the FDA or other regulatory body.
Required Change means any change or modification to the work set forth in the Approved Final Plan and/or to the Scope of Work in Attachment No. 2 hereto which is required (a) by reason of any errors in the Approved Final Plan, (b) as a condition to the issuance of any building, occupancy, or inspection permits with respect to any portion of the Initial Improvements, (c) in order to comply with any building codes or other applicable Laws (as defined in Paragraph 31. F. of the Lease), (d) to correct any error or omission in construction or installation on the part of the contractor or any subcontractor not retained by Tenant, and/or (e) in order to substitute any material, equipment, or other item specified in the Approved Final Plan and/or scope of work because of unavailability (including tenant finishes if specified in the Approved Final Plan and/or the Scope of Work attached hereto as Attachment No. 2) or as is necessary to comply with any Laws.
