Requesting Shareholder definition

Requesting Shareholder has the meaning specified in Section 3.1.

Requesting Shareholder shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 4.1(a).

Requesting Shareholder means either of the Demand Shareholders or any of the Following Shareholders when the same shall have requested the Company to register some or all of its/their Registerable Shares pursuant to this Agreement, and permitted assignees of same under Section 5(g).
