Examples of Requested Increase in a sentence
On and after each Requested Increase Date, the ratable share of each Lender’s participation in Letters of Credit and Loans from draws under Letters of Credit shall be calculated after giving effect to each such Commitment Increase.
The Borrower may, but shall not be obligated to, offer to any Lender the right to provide all or any portion of the Requested Increase Amount.
Subject to Clause 11.6, following the Customer's confirmation that it accepts the price provided by the Service Provider for a Requested Increase in accordance with Clause 4.1(f), the Service Provider shall issue to the Customer a VAT invoice (with appropriate supporting information in a form satisfactory to the Customer, acting reasonably) specifying the total sum payable by the Customer in respect of the Requested Increase, including any applicable VAT and Taxes.
Any Bank that is a party to this Agreement prior to such Requested Increase, at its sole discretion, may elect to increase its Loan Commitment but shall not have any obligation to so increase its Loan Commitment.
No Lender shall have any obligation whatsoever to offer to increase its Commitment by an amount specified by the Borrower or otherwise nor shall the Borrower be obligated to accept any offer by an existing Lender to provide all or any portion of the Requested Increase Amount.
