Requested Advance Date definition

Requested Advance Date shall have the meaning specified in section 7.3.1(a)(3) of this Agreement.

Examples of Requested Advance Date in a sentence

• The prepayment/refinancing privilege described in section 11.2 of this Agreement shall apply automatically to each Advance that has a Maturity Date that will occur before the fifth anniversary of the Requested Advance Date specified in the respective Advance Request.

• The Borrower shall have certified to the Secretary (in the manner specified in paragraph (d) of this Section 3.2), and the Secretary shall be satisfied, that no material adverse change shall have occurred in the financial condition of the Borrower between the Closing Date and the applicable Requested Advance Date.

• With respect to each Advance for which the Borrower has selected a Maturity Date that will occur on or after the fifth anniversary of the Requested Advance Date specified in the respective Advance Request, the Borrower must elect, at the time of requesting the respective Advance, the particular prepayment/refinancing privilege that is to apply to such Advance from between the options described in sections 11.2 and 11.3 of this Agreement.

• Lender shall make the requested Advance on the Requested Advance Date so long as all conditions to such Advance are satisfied or waived.

• The maturity of each Advance may be extended more than once as provided in this paragraph 15, but upon the twentieth anniversary of the Requested Advance Date specified in the original Advance Request (if such twentieth anniversary date is a Payment Date) or upon the Payment Date immediately preceding such twentieth anniversary date (if such twentieth anniversary date is not a Payment Date), no further Maturity Extensions may occur.

Requested Advance Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.7.2(a). “Senior Loan” shall mean the “Loan” as defined in the Senior Loan Agreement. “Senior Loan Agreement” shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals hereto. “Senior Loan Documents” shall mean the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Senior Loan Agreement. “Shortfall” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.6.4. “Supplemental Building Loan Upsize Amount” shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals hereto. “Supplemental Loan Upsize” shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals hereto. “Tenant Improvement Allowance” shall mean the amount required to be paid by Borrower to DCAS Tenant under the DCAS Lease on account of or in lieu of work performed by such Tenant in the applicable space demised under the DCAS Lease. “Tenant Improvements” shall mean the improvements and/or other work affecting the demised premises of the DCAS Lease, which is required to be constructed and paid for by Borrower pursuant to the DCAS Leases for such space. “Tenant Improvement Work” shall mean the construction work to be performed by or on behalf of Xxxxxxxx, as landlord, or DCAS Tenant, as tenant, as Tenant Improvements under the DCAS Lease.

Requested Advance Date shall have the meaning given to that term in the Bond. "RUS" shall have the meaning given to that term in the Preamble. "Secretary" shall mean the Secretary of Agriculture acting through the Administrator. "Senior Secured Debt" of the Borrower means non-subordinated secured bonds or notes of the Borrower having an aggregate principal amount of at least $100,000,000 which, at the date hereof, means the Borrower's collateral trust bonds, provided, however, that "Senior Secured Debt" shall not include (i) any bonds issued by the Borrower to FFB that are guaranteed by RUS under the Program; (ii) up to $500,000,000 of debt designated by the Borrower as not being "Senior Secured Debt"; Series B Bond Guarantee Agreement

Requested Advance Date means, with respect to (i) each Loan Asset or an applicable Loan Asset if the context of the use of such term refers to a specified Loan Asset or Mortgaged Property, and (ii) each Advance under such Loan Asset, the date on which Borrower requests that an Advance be made in accordance with the terms of the applicable Underlying Instruments.
