Request Period definition

Request Period has the meaning specified in Section 2.17.

More Definitions of Request Period

Request Period means a period of ten business days after receipt pursuant to Section 2.A by the Stockholder that did not send the applicable Registration Request or after receipt pursuant to Section 2.B by all Stockholders (other than the Stockholder who sent the applicable Registration Request) of the Notice of Registration Request.
