Request Letter definition
Request Letter with respect to any Fund, shall mean the letter from such Fund to the Adviser and the Auction Agent for such Fund pursuant to which such Fund appoints BD as a Broker-Dealer for each series of MuniPreferred of such Fund.
Request Letter with respect to any Trust, shall mean the letter from such Trust to the Adviser and the Auction Agent for such Trust pursuant to which such Trust appoints BD as a Broker-Dealer for each series of Municipal Preferred of such Trust.
