Request for Quotations or “RFQ” means an informal request for prices on Goods and/or Services with an estimated procurement cost between $10,000 and up to but not including
Request for Quotations. (“RFQ”) means the request for quotations to which these Instructions relates, and any renewal or substitute for that request for quotation.
