Request for Change Order definition

Request for Change Order means a document designated as a Request for Change Order to an existing Work Order, prepared by the Contractor, requesting an adjustment to a Work Order Scope, Work Order Time, and/or Work Order Price.
Request for Change Order means a written notice issued by DB Contractor to TxDOT under Section 4.5.4, advising TxDOT that DB Contractor seeks a Change Order.

Request for Change Order. (or “RCO”) means a document, designated as a Request For A Change Order, prepared by the Contractor requesting either (1) a change in Contract Price; (2) a change in Contract Time; (3) a change in Contract Work; (4) a payment of money or damages; and/or, (5) any other relief arising out of, or relating to, this Contract.
Request for Change Order means any request delivered by Contractor to Owner or by Owner to Contractor in accordance with Section 19.3.3. Retainage is defined in Section 14.3.1(a). Separate Contractor(s) means those Persons and/or Entities who contract with Owner to perform work on or in the vicinity of the Site and/or directly related to the final development of the Project. Site means the location of the permanent Work, including those areas that Owner has designated or may, from time to time, designate for Contractor’s use in performance of the Work.
