Repurchased Contract definition

Repurchased Contract means a Contract repurchased as of the related Master Servicer Report Date by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 4.07 or by the Seller pursuant to Section 3.02.
Repurchased Contract means a Contract which the Seller has repurchased or is required to repurchase pursuant to Section 8.1 hereof.
Repurchased Contract means, with respect to any Collection Period, any Contract as to which the Repurchase Amount has been deposited in the Collection Account by or on behalf of the Borrower or the Collateral Manager, as applicable, on or before the related Collateral Manager Report Date and any Contract purchased by the Equityholder pursuant to the Sale Agreement as to which the Repurchase Amount has been deposited in the Collection Account by the Equityholder.

Examples of Repurchased Contract in a sentence

  • If the Servicer shall commence a legal proceeding to enforce a Contract, the Indenture Trustee (in the case of a Contract other than a Repurchased Contract) shall thereupon be deemed to have automatically assigned, solely for the purpose of collection, such Contract to the Servicer.

  • The Repurchase Fee for each Repurchased Contract shall be twenty-five Dollars ($25.00).

Repurchased Contract means a Contract purchased by the Originator pursuant to Section 3.3 of the Contribution Agreement, by the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.6 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement or by the Seller pursuant to Section 2.1 or Section 2.3 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
