Reporting Agent definition

Reporting Agent. A third party agent appointed by the Issuer (with the consent of and at the discretion of the Collateral Manager) as may be reasonably required to assist in obtaining for or compiling Article 7 Reports.
Reporting Agent means a firm that originates the electronic submission of certain returns for its clients or transmits the returns to the IRS in accordance with the IRS electronic filing procedures, or both.
Reporting Agent means any entity that shall be appointed as agent by or on behalf of the Borrower to deliver, prepare and/or make available the documents, reports and other information required pursuant to Article 7 of the EU Securitisation Regulation.
