Preventative maintenance checks, cleaning, product diagnosis, customer education, accessory repairs/replacements, computer software related problems, and any unauthorized repairs done outside of the USA are not considered repairs for the purposes of this Replacement Guarantee.
Upon delivery of the Replacement Guarantee, (i) such Replacement Guarantee shall be deemed to be the “Guarantee” and such Affiliate or other Person providing such guarantee, as the case may be, shall be deemed to be the “Guarantor” for all purposes of this Agreement and (ii) the Buyer shall return the original Guarantee to the original Guarantor within five (5) Business Days of such delivery.
