repertoire definition

repertoire means the works in respect of which a collective management organisation manages rights;
repertoire means all Music Works managed and controlled by Licensor at any given time in respect of the rights related to Licensed Use during the term of this Agreement excluding a) any and all Music Work which a member of a Licensor collecting society, or another collecting society or a member of another collecting society, or a manager of rights has withdrawn or withheld from Licensor’s management in respect of the rights related to Licensed Use and b) Music Works which have otherwise been excluded from the Repertoire during the term of this Agreement in accordance with this Agreement.

Examples of repertoire in a sentence

  • Subject to clause 2.3, the licences granted under this Agreement will not extend to or permit any adaptation of any Repertoire Work to be copied or communicated to the public as part of the Licensed Services unless the relevant Rights Holder (on behalf of its members or Affiliated Society) has consented in writing to such adaptation.

  • As at the f irst Business Day of the Quarter in which the Application was submitted by the Licensee, the Repertoire Works are set out in Table 1 below (subject to the exclusions set out in Annex 1 of this Schedule 3).
