Repeating Representations definition

Repeating Representations means each of the representations set out in Clause 19 (Representations) other than Clause 19.5 (Validity and admissibility in evidence), Clause 19.6 (Governing law and enforcement), Clause 19.7 (No capital duty, filing or stamp taxes), Clause 19.8 (No default), Clause 19.9 (Information Memorandum), Clause 19.12 (No proceedings pending or threatened), Clause 19.14 (Environmental Laws and Licences) and Clause 19.15 (Environmental releases).
Repeating Representations means each of the representations set out in Clause 22.2 (Status) to Clause 22.7 (Governing law and enforcement), paragraph (a) of Clause 22.10 (No default), paragraphs (b) of Clause 22.12 (Financial Statements) (in respect of the most recent financial statements prepared and delivered only) and Clause 22.31 (US Representations).
Repeating Representations means the representations and warranties in Clauses 17.1 (Status), 17.2 (Binding obligations), 17.3 (Non-conflict with other obligations), 17.4 (Power and authority), 17.5 (Authorisations) and 17.16 (Good title to assets).
