Title to and risk of loss of any parts removed from the Engine that are replaced by other parts (including Repairable parts) will pass to GE upon incorporation of replacement parts into the Engine.
If we determine that a Covered Product is not repairable due to unavailability of functional parts or technical information (a “Non-Repairable Covered Product”) we will replace the Non- Repairable Covered Product with a comparable product.
The Supplier must not part with possession or control of the Repairable Item except where specified in the Purchase Order or otherwise agreed by the Commonwealth.
