Rentor shall be entitled (but not obliged) to pay any insurance premiums and/or any other monies which may become due on any insurance or life policy effected in terms of this clause.
Delivery or tender of delivery by Rentor or Supplier to Hirer within 30 (Thirty) days of the commencement date shall be deemed to be delivery of the goods by the Rentor.
In addition Rentor shall be entitled to claim from the Hirer the amount of any Value Added Tax ("VAT") payable in respect of such damages.
Should Rentor choose to institute action in the Supreme Court, Rentor shall not be limited to recovering costs on the Magistrate's Court scale.
