Renovations definition

Renovations means the cost of the building, building improve­ ments, leasehold improvements, and fixed equipment used to calculate a facility's age. In order to be used to calculate a facility's age, the cost of renovations in a calendar year must be $2,000 or greater per licensed bed.
Renovations means any renovations, remodeling or other capital improvements at a Hotel Property (whether performed pursuant to a PIP or otherwise), but not routine maintenance or repairs.
