Removed Account definition

Removed Account shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.07(c).

Removed Account means an Account which becomes a Removed Account as provided under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement; provided, however, that if the account is thereafter added as an Account, then such account shall no longer be a Removed Account, except if thereafter removed and not added.

Removed Account means an Account hereunder that is a "Removed Account" (as such term is defined in the Transfer and Servicing Agreement) that is designated for removal pursuant to Section 2.10 of the Transfer and Servicing Agreement.

Examples of Removed Account in a sentence

• The Children were therefore not recipients of services and were not entitled to residence in Gibraltar by reason of their nationality.

• Since the date of the transfer by the Transferor under the Agreement, the Owner Trustee, on behalf of the Trust, has not sold, transferred or encumbered any Receivable in any Removed Account or any interest therein.

More Definitions of Removed Account

Removed Account means any Account as to which FSB has received notice from TRS that such Account is a “Removed Account” as defined in the Transfer Agreement.
