REMIC Pool. Any of REMIC I, REMIC II or REMIC III.
REMIC Pool means each of the three segregated pools of assets designated as a REMIC pursuant to Section 12.1(a) hereof.

More Definitions of REMIC Pool

REMIC Pool means each of the three (3) segregated pools of assets designated as a REMIC pursuant to Section 12.1(a) hereof. For the avoidance of doubt, no BANA Lender Successor Borrower Right, CIBC Lender Successor Borrower Right or MSMCH Seller Defeasance Rights and Obligations is a part of any “REMIC Pool”.

REMIC Pool. With respect to each Series, a discrete group of assets included in the related Trust Fund as to which a REMIC election has been or is intended to be made, consisting of (i) the related Assets and all proceeds thereof, (ii) cash (if any) and other amounts on deposit in the Custodial Account, to the extent allocable to such REMIC Pool, (iii) the right to receive payments under the related guarantee, (iv) the rights of such REMIC Pool under any related GIFC and (v) any other eligible assets specified in the related Terms Supplement, excluding any investment earnings on any of the Assets of that REMIC Pool.
REMIC Pool means either of the Lower-Tier REMIC and/or the Upper-Tier REMIC, as applicable.
