REMIC Administrator. The Certificate Administrator or any REMIC administrator appointed pursuant to Section 10.04.

• Each Class of Class R Certificates shall be issued in registered, certificated form in minimum percentage interests of 20.00% and integral multiples of 0.01% in excess thereof; provided, however, that one Class R Certificate of each Class will be issuable to the REMIC Administrator as "tax matters person" pursuant to Section 10.01(c) in a minimum denomination representing a Percentage Interest of not less than 0.01%.
