RemCo definition
RemCo means the Retail Energy Market Company Limited (ACN 103 318 556).
RemCo here means the individuals who were members of the Group Remuneration Committee immediately before any Corporate Event. “Corporate Event” means: • a Change of Control; • a resolution for the voluntary winding up of Lloyds; • a demerger, delisting, distribution (other than an ordinary dividend) or other transaction, which, in the opinion of the Remco, might affect the current or future value of any Award; or • a reverse takeover, merger by way of a dual listed company or other significant corporate event, as determined by the RemCo,
RemCo means the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board.

RemCo or “1st Defendant”) and Sunlink (“2nd Defendant”). The Plaintiff is claiming against the 1st and 2nd Defendants for the following:- (a) Settlement Agreement dated 20 September 2017 entered into between ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Construction Sdn. Bhd. and Remco (“Settlement Agreement”), SPA, Stakeholder Agreement dated 23 November 2018 entered into between Remco, Sunlink, Messrs ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & Co and Messrs Ming, ▇▇▇ & Co (collectively “Stakeholder”) (“Stakeholder Agreement”) in relation to the Stakeholders’ obligations under the SPA in respect of the Land and Power of Attorney dated 31 October 2017 between Remco and Sunlink (“Power of Attorney”) are valid; (b) The Parties are bound and must perform the express terms of the Settlement Agreement, SPA, Stakeholder Agreement and Power of Attorney, unless varied by agreement of three parties; (c) An injunction restraining 1st and 2nd Defendant from varying or amending the terms of the SPA, Stakeholder Agreement and Power of Attorney without the consent of the Plaintiff; (d) An injunction restraining the 1st and 2nd Defendants from entering into any supplemental or new agreement with regards the sale of the Land to the 2nd Defendant, without the consent of the Plaintiff; (e) An order that any and all variation or amendment to the terms of the SPA, Stakeholder Agreement and Power of Attorney without the consent of the Plaintiff is void and unlawful; (f) An order that supplemental or new agreement with regards the sale of the Land to the 2nd Defendant without the consent of the Plaintiff is void and unlawful; (g) General Damages; (h) Aggravated and/or Exemplary Damages;
RemCo means the Remuneration Committee of the Board, as constituted from time to time;
RemCo means the Remuneration Committee of the Boards of NV and PLC; “Shares” means fully paid ordinary shares in NV or PLC and includes:
