Remarketing definition

Remarketing means the remarketing of the Remarketed Senior Notes pursuant to this Remarketing Agreement.
Remarketing means the remarketing of shares of a Series of VRDP Shares by the Remarketing Agent on behalf of the Beneficial Owners thereof pursuant to an Optional Tender or on behalf of the Holders thereof pursuant to a Mandatory Tender, as provided in the VRDP Shares Remarketing Agreement and Part II of these Articles Supplementary.
Remarketing means the remarketing of VRDP Shares by the Remarketing Agent on behalf of the Beneficial Owners thereof pursuant to an Optional Tender or on behalf of the Holders thereof pursuant to a Mandatory Tender, as provided in the VRDP Shares Remarketing Agreement and the Statement of Preferences.

More Definitions of Remarketing

Remarketing means the offering of RVMTP Shares for resale as described in Section 2.5(b).
