Remaining Stockholders definition

Remaining Stockholders means all Stockholders other than the Indemnifying Stockholders.

Remaining Stockholders means the holders of shares of the Company’s issued and outstanding capital stock, whether Common Stock, Preferred Stock or other class of the Company’s capital stock which may hereafter be authorized, other than the Transferee Stockholder.
