Examples of Remaining Stockholders in a sentence
Remaining Stockholders of record who desire to exercise their appraisal rights must fully satisfy all of the following conditions.
The Tag Along Right may be exercised by each of the Remaining Stockholders by delivery of a written notice to the Transferring Stockholder (the "CO-SALE NOTICE") within 10 business days following receipt of the notice specified in the preceding subsection.
The fair market value of the Non-Cash Portion shall be mutually determined by the Selling Stockholder on the one hand, and the Remaining Stockholders, on the other.
