Remaining Lenders definition

Remaining Lenders has the meaning given to it in Section 11.17;
Remaining Lenders means the Lenders other than the Lender(s) which the Borrowers have requested to be terminated, replaced or added under this Agreement; provided, however, that such Remaining Lenders hold in the aggregate at least sixty percent (60%) of the Aggregate Commitment immediately prior to such termination, replacement or addition.
Remaining Lenders means the holders of the Remaining Loans.

Fixed rents under any so-called “percentage lease” shall be computed solely on the basis of the minimum rents, if any, required to be paid by the lessee, regardless of sales volume or gross revenues. “Reportable Compliance Event” means that any Covered Entity becomes a Sanctioned Person, or is charged by indictment, criminal complaint or similar charging instrument, arraigned, or custodially detained in connection with any Anti-Terrorism Law or any predicate crime to any Anti-Terrorism Law, or has knowledge of facts or circumstances to the effect that it is reasonably likely that any aspect of its operations is in actual or probable violation of any Anti-Terrorism Law. “Reportable Event” means any of the events set forth in Section 4043 of ERISA, other than event for which the thirty (30) day notice period has been waived. “Resolution Authority” means an EEA Resolution Authority or, with respect to any UK Financial Institution, a UK Resolution Authority. “Restricted Investments” means the total of (a) the amount of the Borrower’s Investments in any Unrestricted Subsidiary as shown on the most recent consolidating balance sheet of the Borrower delivered pursuant to Section 10.1, excluding, for purposes of determining the amount of any Investment in any Person, any non-cash gain or loss on any interest rate protection agreement or any similar hedging agreement entered into by such Person resulting from the requirements of Financial Accounting Standard No. 133 or any similar accounting standard, plus (b) the excess, if any, of the amount of all other Investments of the Borrower as shown on such balance sheet (other than Permitted Investments), over 25% of the then current Consolidated Tangible Net Worth.
