Reliance Letters definition

Reliance Letters means letters satisfactory to the Agent and addressed to the Agent from the title attorneys, land brokers, environmental consultants or similar professionals who are not providing supplemental title opinions or environmental assessments, as applicable for certain Oil and Gas Properties of Borrower and its Subsidiaries which allow the Agent to rely on their prior opinions or assessments, as applicable for such Oil and Gas Properties in extending credit to the Borrower and/or its Subsidiaries.
Reliance Letters means letters from each of the report providers referred to in Schedule 2 in a form acceptable to the Agent.
Reliance Letters means letters satisfactory to the Agent and addressed to the Agent from the title attorneys who are not providing supplemental title opinions which allow the Agent to rely on their prior opinions in extending credit to the Borrower and/or its Subsidiaries.

  • HCW shall have received the opinion and negative assurance letters or Reliance Letters of Company Counsel required to be delivered pursuant to Section 7(n) on or before the date on which such delivery of such opinion and negative assurance letter is required pursuant to Section 7(n).

Reliance Letters has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.2(viii).
