Relevant Shareholder definition

Relevant Shareholder means a person to whom the description “relevant shareholder” in the Thirteenth Schedule applies.
Relevant Shareholder has the meaning given to that expression in clause 2.2.10;

  • After the Election Time, a valid Election made by a Relevant Shareholder will be irrevocable unless Bidder and QMS agree, in their absolute discretion, to the revocation of the Election.

Relevant Shareholder means any person who is not Bermudian as defined in the Companies Act who is interested in Shares which constitute more than 40% of all Shares then issued and outstanding.
