Relevant Payments means one or more payments of any of the following descriptions—

Relevant Payments. The sum of: (i) Any payments on the Bonds made or scheduled to be made by the Issuer in the then current financial year of the Issuer; and (ii) Any payments made or scheduled to be made by the Issuer on other CET1 instruments or AT1 instruments in the then current financial year of the Issuer. Relevant Record Date: The date on which a Bondholder’s ownership of Bonds shall be recorded in the Securities Register as follows: (i) in relation to payments pursuant to this Bond Agreement, the date designated as the Relevant Record Date in accordance with the rules of the Securities Register from time to time; or (ii) for the purpose of casting a vote with regard to Clause 6 (Bondholders’ Decisions), the date falling on the immediate preceding Business Day to the date of that Bondholders’ decision being made, or another date as accepted by the Bond Trustee.
