Relevant Materials definition

Relevant Materials means any documents and other materials on the premises connected with the processing of personal data, or the storage, recording or deletion of other information.

These Biological Materials shall be listed on Exhibit A, which will be periodically amended to include any additional Biological Materials that Medical School may furnish to Company.
