Relevant Interest Rate definition

Relevant Interest Rate means RBS LIBOR or, in the case where a Transaction is to be, or has been, entered into under the Master Agreement and the Borrower has not made an election pursuant to Clause 3.5(b), TELERATE;
Relevant Interest Rate means such applicable interest rate as we may reasonably select from time to time which is appropriate to the currency of the outstanding amount or the Underlying Instruments (as applicable) as detailed on the daily statement.
Relevant Interest Rate means the best interest rate available to the Operator at the relevant time determined, unless otherwise agreed by the Authority, by reference to at least three (3) quotes from providers of finance (the identity of which shall be agreed in advance with the Authority).

  • Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the rate of interest on the Loan in respect of an Interest Period shall be the aggregate of (a) the Margin, (b) the Relevant Interest Rate for that Interest Period, and (c) the Mandatory Cost Rate.

  • Such Relevant Notes shall specify the Relevant Interest Rate and the amount of each installment (including the amounts of principal and, if the Relevant Interest Rate is a Fixed Rate, interest comprising such installment) for the Relevant Loan A or Relevant Export Credit Guarantee Loan evidenced thereby.

Relevant Interest Rate means the base-lending rate for pounds sterling of the Bank of England applicable from time to time plus five percentage points (5%).
