Relevant Interest Rate definition

Relevant Interest Rate means such applicable interest rate as we may reasonably select from time to time which is appropriate to the currency of the outstanding amount or the Underlying Instruments (as applicable) as detailed on the daily statement.
Relevant Interest Rate means RBS LIBOR or, in the case where a Transaction is to be, or has been, entered into under the Master Agreement and the Borrower has not made an election pursuant to Clause 4.4(b), TELERATE;

Relevant Interest Rate means the best interest rate available to the Operator at the relevant time determined, unless otherwise agreed by the Authority, by reference to at least three (3) quotes from providers of finance (the identity of which shall be agreed in advance with the Authority).

Relevant Interest Rate means 8.5 per cent. per annum, provided that if the Issuer does not issue an Optional Redemption Notice within the prescribed period pursuant to Condition 8(C), the Applicable Interest shall increase to 11.0 per cent. per annum with effect from and including 4 November 2018.
