Relevant Benchmark definition

Relevant Benchmark means the Index, the Reference Interest Rate and any other index, benchmark or price source by reference to which principal or other amounts payable under the Securities is calculated.
Relevant Benchmark means any rate, level, price, value or other figure in respect of one or more underlyings or other index utilised in order to determine the amount of interest and/or principal and/or any other amount payable or asset deliverable under the Notes, in each case, which is a "benchmark" for the purposes of the Benchmark Regulation, as determined by the Calculation Agent.
Relevant Benchmark means, in relation to any Series of Notes:

  • If the Issuer determines that an Administrator/Benchmark Event has occurred in respect of a Relevant Benchmark, the relevant disruption fallbacks will apply in the order specified, provided that if it would be unlawful or would contravene applicable licensing requirements for the Issuer or the Calculation Agent to perform the actions prescribed in an applicable disruption fallback, the next applicable disruption fallback will apply.

Relevant Benchmark means, in relation to any Series of Notes, each Reference Rate or Floating Rate Option specified in the relevant Final Terms as being applicable to such Notes (or, if applicable, the index, benchmark or other price source that is referred to in such Reference Rate, Swap Reference Rate or Floating Rate Option);
Relevant Benchmark means, initially, each of SOFR ISR (in respect of the Calculated USD LIBOR ISR Fallback Rate) and the Published USD LIBOR ISR Fallback Rate for an applicable tenor, as applicable, provided that if a SOFR Swap Rate Transition Event and related SOFR Swap Rate Replacement Date have occurred with respect to SOFR ISR (in respect of the Calculated USD LIBOR ISR Fallback Rate) or the Published USD LIBOR ISR Fallback Rate, or a then-current Relevant Benchmark, as applicable, then the "Relevant Benchmark" means the applicable SOFR Swap Rate Replacement.
Relevant Benchmark means any index, benchmark or price source by reference to which any amount payable under the Notes or the Initial Securities (as the case may be) is determined
