The following documents shall be sent to the Employer/ Employer’s Engineer within 3 (three) days from the date of shipment: • Invoice (2 copies) • Packing List (2 copies) • Test Certificate (4 copies) • Railway Receipt/Lorry Receipt (2copies) • Insurance Certificate (2 copies) or copy of Contractor’s Policy •Third Party Inspection Release Note or Inspection Certificate as per QAP approved by Employer/ Employer’s Engineer or waiver certificate issued by Employer/ Employer’s Engineer.
