Release Dates means collectively, the First Release Date and the Second Release Date.

Release Dates means (i) with respect to the Founding Warrants, the later of the date of consummation of the Company's initial Business Combination or one year, and (ii) with respect to the Initial Stockholder Shares, one year from the date of consummation of the Company's initial Business Combination.

Awards held for less than 12 months will be forfeited if the Recipient terminates employment prior to the Release Date(s) regardless of the Recipient’s age or Years of Service at termination.

Release Dates has the meaning given to such term in Appendix “A” to the Plan of Arrangement;

Release Dates are as follows: (A) the “First Release Date” means the date that is fifteen (15) months following the Closing Date, (B) the “Second Release Date” means the date that is twenty-four (24) months following the Closing Date and (C) the “Third Release Date” means the date that is thirty-six (36) months following the Closing Date.
