More Definitions of Rejected Contract

Rejected Contract means an Executory Contract (i) previously rejected by the Debtors or (ii) deemed rejected effective as of the Effective Date or such other date as may be agreed to by the parties to the Executory Contract or as ordered by the Bankruptcy Court.
