Reimbursement Notes definition

Reimbursement Notes has the meaning given to that term in the Consolidated Bond Guarantee Agreement.

Reimbursement Notes means the Second Amended and Restated Reimbursement Promissory Notes, dated as of the date hereof, issued by the Company, together with any notes issued as paid-in-kind interest in respect thereof.

Reimbursement Notes means the Second Amended and Restated Reimbursement Promissory Notes, dated as of August 20, 2014, by Emisphere in favor of the Reimbursement Note Holders, as may be amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
