Regulatory fee definition

Regulatory fee means the amount payable to the department for licensure of a child care center based on the capacity of the center.

  • The SGA shall notify the Tribe of the forthcoming Regulatory Fee at least 45 days prior to its becoming due.

  • If the Tribe disputes the State's determination of the Regulatory Fee, the Tribe shall pay no less than the amount of the fee which is not in dispute to the SGA when due and deposit the disputed amount into an escrow account that is restricted until such dispute is resolved.

  • In the alternative, the Regulatory Fee may be set by agreement between the Tribe and the SGA reached through good faith negotiations commenced at the request of the Tribe, the terms of which may include a fixed amount without subsequent adjustment if both parties, at their sole discretion, agree.
