Regulation O definition

Regulation O. No director, executive officer or principal shareholder of any of the Borrowers is a director, executive officer or principal shareholder of Lender. For the purposes hereof the terms "director" (when used with reference to Lender), "executive officer" and "principal shareholder" have the respective meanings assigned thereto in Regulation O issued by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.
